SUSAN AU ALLEN founded the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) with a group of civic and business leaders in Washington, DC in 1984. She became its National President and CEO in 2001, after a 17-year career in law. A longtime and effective advocate for Asian American issues on Capitol Hill, in the White House, and the media, Susan achieved a new level of influence when President George H.W. Bush appointed her to the Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States from 1991 to 1996. She is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions for her efforts on issues such as ethnic and minority inclusion, supplier diversity, international trade, and business growth of Asian Americans in the mainstream.

Naheed Syed is the founder, and CEO of Global Resource Management Inc. (GRMI). Wen Chang is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Trade Union International, Inc. He also is a member of the City Council of Diamond Bar, California and was elected its Mayor in 1999, 2001, and 2005. A successful entrepreneur, Wen has received many business awards, such as the “Award of Excellence for Outstanding Entrepreneurs of the Year” from the California State Polytechnic University (June 2001) and the “Outstanding Entrepreneur for 2004” from the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce, Southern California.

 Savio S. Chan is an expert in doing business in China. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of US-China Partners Inc., a privately held business development firm specializing in market entry, strategic sourcing and marketing development in China for U.S. companies. Savio also facilitates local and cross-border joint ventures among leading Chinese multinationals and Fortune 1000 companies. Savio majored in International Marketing at Baruch College in New York City and has been profiled in many publications, including in The New York Times, Chief Executive Magazine, InformationWeek, VARBusiness, Long Island Business News, and Newsday.
